TECUMSEH -- The Tecumseh board of education has unanimously approved a master plan that includes building an athletic complex.
The plan includes a performing arts auditorium and a swimming pool at the new high school, which is set to open this fall.
But board members and Superintendent Richard Fauble stressed that the $15.2 million additions would be paid for through fund-raising efforts - not by increasing taxes.
