ADRIAN - A Monroe man accused of engaging in child pornography on the Internet waived an arraignment in Lenawee County Circuit Court yesterday.
David Dart, 51, who remains free on personal recognizance, faces five charges, including using the Internet to commit a crime, second-degree child abuse, employing a child in abusive activity, using a child in sexual activity, and using a child in abusive commercial activity.
Mr. Dart is accused of sending suggestive poses of a Raisin Township girl over the Internet for the past two or three years.
Circuit Judge Timothy Pickard scheduled a Feb. 5 trial.
