Fire guts Adrian apartment

Eighteen firefighters responded to the alarm. The apartment above Off the Wall Cards and Gifts at 120 North Main St. was destroyed

Adrian Fire Department Lt. Tony Garcia said one of the residents was awakened by a fire alarm at about 5:15 and was able to alert the two other occupants.
