In a 27-24 win last week against Northwestern, Abdullah had 127 yards on 24 carries, caught three passes for 31 yards, and returned two kickoffs for 39 yards. … Huskers quarterback Taylor Martinez will not play because of an abdominal strain — the latest in a line of injuries for him this season. Huskers coach Bo Pelini said Tommy Armstrong, Jr., will start today. Armstrong finished 15-of-29 passing for 173 yards, one touchdown, and was intercepted three times against Northwestern. Ron Kellogg III played in two series against the Wildcats before he threw the game-winning touchdown on a Hail Mary pass with no time left. … UM has won 19 straight games at home, the longest active streak among BCS teams. … After today’s game, Michigan and Nebraska won’t meet again in the regular season until 2018. The Wolverines move to the East Division next season and the Huskers go to the West Division.
