MILWAUKEE -- Nik Stauskas had 17 points and Jordan Morgan had 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Michigan men's basketball team to a 79-65 win over Texas in an NCAA Tournament third-round game tonight at the Bradley Center.
Michigan was 14 for 28 on 3-pointers against the Longhorns - and 8 for 15 in a first half in which it took an 18-point lead with 7:20 left before halftime.
Isaiah Taylor led Texas (24-11) with 22 points.
Michigan (27-8) will face either Mercer or Tennessee on Friday in the Sweet Sixteen in Indianapolis.
