The Sylvania Community Arts Commission has set April 24-26 for its second annual Tree City Film Festival.

This year’s festival will include the 50-Hour Film Challenge, short films created in no more than 50 hours, as well as a separate short film challenge for children and a ticketed screening of Oscar-nominated short films. The films will be shown at the train barn in Sylvania Historical Village on Main Street and at the Performing Arts Center at Sylvania Northview High School.
