Hens Fandemonium includes Horton, Trammell

Former Detroit Tiger and Hall of Famer Willie Horton is scheduled to join new Tiger manager Alan Trammell and about a dozen other current and former players at the Mud Hens' Fandemonium on Jan. 20 at Fifth Third Field.

Also scheduled to attend are Tiger third-base coach Juan Samuel, Hens pitching coach Jeff Jones, former Tigers Frank Tanana and Dave Bergman and current Tigers Shane Halter, Mike Maroth, Mark Redman, Jamie Walker, Andres Torres, Adrian Burnside and Matt Roney.

The event will be held in the third and fourth-floor banquet facilities at Fifth Third, located at the corner of Washington and St. Clair streets in downtown Toledo.

From 6:30-7:30 p.m. the guests will be available to fans for a question and answer session, followed by an autograph session from 7:30-8:30.

Tickets are limited; the cost is $10, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the YMCA Urban Youth Fund. Tickets can be purchased at the Fifth Third Field box office, over the phone at 419-725-4367, or through the Mud Hens Web site, www.mudhens.com.
