The Mud Hens scored twice in the fifth inning to break a 2-2 tie and went on to beat Ottawa 5-2 at Fifth Third Field this afternoon.

Mike Hessman singled in Kevin Hooper with the go-ahead run, and Jack Hannahan added an RBI groundout as the Hens won for the sixth straight time and for the ninth time in the last 10 games.

Toledo now is 31-10 since sweeping a doubleheader from Louisville May 17.

After the game the International League announced that three Mud Hens were named to the league's mid-season All-Star team. Outfielders Ryan Raburn and Timo Perez were elected to the starting lineup, as was third baseman Mike Hessman.
