6/24/2013The Mud Hens' ninth-inning rally fell a run short at Pawtucket won 5-4 at Fifth Third Field today.
Toledo scored a run in the ninth on an RBI single by Danny Dorn, but Mike Cervenak's line drive to center was caught as the Hens lost their third in a row.
Pawtucket scored three times in the second, then added single runs in the sixth and eighth.
Toledo failed to fully take advantage of nine walks by five Red Sox pitchers, with Nick Castellanos leading the offense with a pair of hits.
