Former Tiger Tuiasosopo sends Mud Hens to defeat
6/21/2014CHARLOTTE — Former Detroit Tiger Matt Tuiasosopo's double in the bottom of the sixth was the eventual game-winning hit for Charlotte in a 3-2 win over the Mud Hens.
Brandon Douglas and James McCann each drove in a run for Toledo (36-39).
Kyle Lobstein took the loss for Toledo, pitching 5 2/3 innings, allowing two earned runs while striking out five and walking two.
The Knights (26-49) were led by Marcus Semien with two RBIs while Deunte Heath got the victory, allowing one run over six innings, striking out three batters.
