Mud Hens top Columbus 9-2
8/17/2014The Mud Hens pounded out 14 hits and scored at least one run in four of the first five innings to claim a 9-2 victory over Columbus at Fifth Third Field tonight.
Jordan Lennerton led the Toledo offense by going 3-for-4 with a two-run single, a two-run double and a home run to collect five RBIs and fall only a triple short of the cycle.
Brandon Douglas also homered for the Hens.
Kyle Lobstein earned the win by giving up just five hits and two runs in 6.1 innings.
