Mud Hens lose 3-2 to Louisville
8/23/2014The Mud Hens suffered a 3-2 loss to Louisville at Fifth Third Field tonight.
Toledo managed just five hits and one unearned run off Bats starter Brett Marshall, who entered the contest with an 0-9 record and 7.49 ERA. Danny Worth made things interesting in the ninth with a solo home run, his first of the season.
Hens starter Melvin Mercedes, who allowed five straight singles that turned into three runs in the fifth, was saddled with the loss.
