Tara Woggon has been doing a Patsy Cline tribute for a couple of years - and she'll do it again this weekend for an audience in Toledo - but she's been singing all her life.

The 32-year-old former teacher at Whitmer High School, who now works as a licensed practical nurse, started singing while she was growing up in the Grand Rapids, Ohio, and Otsego areas.

Over the years, her strong singing voice prompted family members to encourage her to sing more often, and classic country songs such as "I Fall to Pieces" and "Crazy" by Cline were favorites.

In 2004, Woggon began a traveling Patsy Cline tribute show that she's taken to nursing homes, retirement complexes, county fairs, and festivals throughout the area.

Tara Woggon will perform her Patsy Cline tribute Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Ohio Theatre, 3114 Lagrange St. Tickets are $10 for orchestra seats, $8 for stadium seats, and $7 for seniors in the stadium seats only. Information: 419-241-6785.
