Symphony to present Looney Tunes score

Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck and other Looney Tunes characters star as the Toledo Symphony and Warner Bros. present Bugs Bunny on Broadway, conducted by George Daugherty, at 8 p.m. May 25 and 26 in the Toledo Museum of Art Peristyle, 2445 Monroe St. Warner Bros. cartoon originals will be projected on the big screen while the symphony plays the original Carl Stalling score. Organist and composer Aaron David Miller will perform a free organ rededication concert featuring his own Hymn of Promise and other original works, at 7 p.m. Sunday in Monroe Street United Methodist Church, 3613 Monroe St. Information: 419-473-1167.

The Toledo Swiss Singers present their spring concert Saturday at Oak Shade Grove, 3624 Seaman Rd., Oregon. The concert will begin at 8 p.m.; and dancing will follow from 9 to 11:30 p.m. Tickets are $10. The singers are seeking new members.
