Osmond to kick off varied season at Ritz

6/14/2007

TIFFIN - The Ritz Theatre's upcoming season of events for 2007-2008 will showcase a wide variety of acts, including a number of oldies but goodies.

Donny Osmond, who's been a singing sensation since he was 5, will kick things off in September. He'll be followed by other classic musical performers, such as The Association ("Never My Love") and Tommy James and the Shondells ("Crystal Blue Persuasion").

On stage, theatergoers will have a chance to see favorites such as The Nutcracker, Grease, and Oscar Wilde's comedy, The Importance of Being Earnest.

Subscription sales begin Monday and individual event ticket sales start July 16. Ticket and other information is available from the Ritz Theatre box office at 30 South Washington St. in Tiffin, by phone at 419-448-8544, or online at www.ritztheatre.org.
