Hair metalheads, mark your calendar.

A pair of late '80s-era bands, Poison and Warrant, will be at the Toledo Zoo amphitheater July 28.

Poison, led by reality TV show personality Bret Michaels, is best known for its power ballad "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" and the rockers "Unskinny Bop" and "Nothin' But a Good Time." Warrant recorded "Cherry Pie" and filmed a video for it that remains the quintessential moment in hair metal visual excess.
