Lady Antebellum cancels Toledo Zoo concert

Friday night’s Lady Antebellum concert has been postponed because of a death in singer Hillary Scott’s family, according to a news release.

Scott learned of her grandmother's death Friday morning, said Carrie Samek, marketing director at Live Nation, the band's promoter.

Tickets for Friday's concert will be honored at the rescheduled concert, slated for 7:30 p.m. Aug. 10 in the Toledo Zoo’s amphitheater.

People who desire refunds can receive them from the venue at which they purchased tickets, Samek said.
