Bluegrass stars headed to Perrysburg for fest
1/12/2012Rhonda Vincent and the Rage return for the second year in a row at the 22nd annual Bluegrass in Super Class event in Perrysburg.
The two-day concert features bluegrass musicians from all over the country performing Friday and Saturday at the Holiday Inn French Quarter, 10630 Fremont Pike.
Vincent is a bluegrass superstar who has worked with Dolly Parton and Keith Urban, among others. She and her band are known for fleet-fingered bluegrass breakdowns, gospel music, and traditional country.
Friday's lineup includes Little Roy & Lizzy Show, the Bluegrass Brothers, David Parmley, Larry Gillis Band, Ernie Evans, and Deep Water Bluegrass, with music starting at 12:30 p.m.
Saturday will feature Vincent, the Larkins, Bluegrass Mountaineers, the Dean Osborne Band, Idle Tymes, and Remmington Ryde with music starting at noon.
