Library's Holly Days concert set for Saturday

The Wood County District Public Library's Holly Days Community Concert will be at 2 p.m. SaturdayDec.8. The concert is free at the library, 251 N. Main St., Bowling Green.

The host of the program will be Paul Dobson, the county prosecutor. It will last slightly more than an hour. Performers will include the Elmwood High School Royal Troubadors, Connor and Don Rose, the Elite Four Barbershop Quartet, acoustic guitarist David T. Lester, and the duo of Kimberly Bright and Deb Shaffer. Ms. Shaffer also serves as the program's musical coordinator.

The concert is presented by the Downtown Bowling Green Special Improvement District as part of its Downtown Holly Days celebration. Concert guests are encouraged, but not required, to bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Flower Basket Toy Drive. The toys will be distributed to strapped families that don't qualify for public assistance.
