JOHANNESBURG — The man who was Born to Run has come all the way to South Africa for a first-ever performance in the country.
Bruce Springsteen arrived in Cape Town today ahead of four concerts with the E Street Band — on Jan. 26, 28 and 29 in Cape Town and on Feb. 1 in Johannesburg.
Nicknamed “The Boss,” Springsteen flew into Cape Town in a private jet, removing a black leather jacket in the sunny summer weather as he headed to a waiting vehicle.
He has released a new album titled, “High Hopes.”
