JPMorgan CEO to offer apology for $2B loss

NEW YORK -- Jamie Dimon, chief executive officer of JPMorgan Chase, plans to apologize before members of Congress today for a trading loss that has cost the bank more than $2 billion, according to testimony prepared for his appearance before the Senate Banking Committee and released Tuesday.

The testimony also says the bank has taken steps to make sure it does not happen again.
