United boosts air fares in U.S. by $4 to $10

DALLAS — United Airlines said Friday that it raised fares within the United States by $4 to $10 a round trip.

United could roll back the increase if other airlines don't match it in the next few days.

The last successful broad U.S. fare increase was in late March.
