Mondays: Tai chi exercises for seniors (self healing through movement) at 10 a.m. Low-impact exercise at 1 p.m.

Tuesdays: Embroidery class at 9:30 a.m. Euchre at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Wednesdays: Jackpot at 9 a.m. Bible study at 10:30 a.m. Trivia games with prizes at 1 p.m. Low-impact exercise at 1 p.m.

Thursdays: Senior yoga (stretching and toning) at 10 a.m. Movie time with popcorn and beverages, 1 p.m.

Friday: Rummicube or crafts at 9:30 a.m. and pinochle at 1 p.m.

April 23: Bridge at 9 a.m. Quilting Club at 10 a.m. Get Moving exercise at 11 a.m.

SunBrella Cafe at the center: Weekday breakfasts served 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Weekday lunch from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday breakfast, brunch, and lunch available from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., Family style Sunday dinners from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at $7.42 for members and $8.48 for guests. Rib nights are at 6 p.m. every third Thursday of the month. Call the center for reservations.

Medication management services for individuals having difficulty taking prescribed medications.

Assessment by registered nurses, who will set up dispensing of medications and injections while complying with physician's orders. Program is for all ages, but seniors receive sliding fee scale.
