The 13th annual Great Pumpkin Weigh-Off at Harnica Kids' Pumpkin Farm in Dundee is one of 48 sponsored by the Great Pumpkin Commonwealth Association. Pumpkins grown by competitors are weighed at individual sites to determine local winners, and the top weights from each weigh-off are compiled to determine national winners.
