BATTLE OF THE RIVER RAISIN RE-ENACTED IN MONROE

They are fourth graders at Mason Consolidated Schools. Their teacher, Adele Lietaert, offered extra credit to those who attended the re-enactment. The students are studying the War of 1812 and how Michigan became a state.
