  • Nicholas Ciacelli pedals his car down a mock street at Edgewater's Safety City, part of the Monroe Public Schools Community Education program. Aaron Bowman, 18, center, waits to inform students when they can cross the street. The program is run by Deputy Todd Sulfaro and is aimed at helping school-age children develop good safety habits for home, school, and in the community.
