Move forces member of Fire Commission to quit

Kim Hooper has resigned from the Bedford Township Fire Commission.

The township board accepted the resignation with regret at its regular meeting last week.

In his letter of resignation, he said he would be moving to Onsted, Mich.

Mr. Hooper resigned from the Bedford school board last year for the same reason.
