OSU defensive tackle charged

COLUMBUS Authorities say Ohio State defensive tackle Doug Worthington has been arrested on a charge of drunken driving.

A campus police report shows Worthington was charged with two counts of driving under the influence when he was arrested a few blocks from Ohio Stadium about 3:30 Saturday morning.

The Buffalo native who s less than two weeks shy of his 21st birthday also received two traffic tickets.

Police said he was going 41 mph in a 25 mph zone and also cited him for an alleged registration violation.
