2 OSU players, 1 Mickigan player taken on Day 3 of draft

Two Ohio State players and one Michigan player were selected on the third day of the NFL Draft today in New York City.

The Green Bay Packers selected Buckeyes center Corey Linsley in the fifth round at No. 161, and the St. Louis Rams took free safety Christian Bryant in the seventh round at No. 241.

The New England Patriots selected Michigan wide receiver Jeremy Gallon in the seventh round at No. 244.

Linsley and Bryant are two of six Buckeyes taken in this year's draft, joining linebacker Ryan Shazier (Pittsburgh, No. 15), cornerback Bradley Roby (Denver, No. 31), Carlos Hyde (San Francisco, No. 57) and St. John's Jesuit graduate and offensive tackle Jack Mewhort (Indianapolis, No. 59).

Gallon is one of three Wolverines selected in this year's draft, joining left tackle Taylor Lewan (Tennessee, No. 11) and right tackle Mike Schofield (Denver, No. 95).
