Neighbor of Perrysburg mayor candidate takes to YouTube

Read Tom Troy's blog post about a YouTube video (since removed by the poster) of a neighbor of a Perrysburg mayoral candidate. The video, removed by Friday, was posted by Jeff Jensen who says he's a neighbor of someone running for mayor of Perrysburg.
Jeff is disgusted by the weeds, broken basketball hoop, and accumulating trash, and wants the residents of Perrysburg to know what they're in for if his neighbor is elected mayor.
