In the second annual Perrysburg March Madness competition, the winner was determined by a tiebreaker, with Perrysburg Schools Superintendent Tom Hosler declared the victor and the recipient of a Mr. Freeze prize.
Rose Mills, visual and graphic design specialist for Way Public Library, tied Mr. Hosler as both picked Wisconsin and Florida in the Final Four. Ms. Mills thought Monday's championship game would be higher scoring than Mr. Hosler, so the total scoring tiebreaker went to the superintendent.
Four of the other six featured community members had another Final Four team picked, but no one correctly picked a team in the title game.
