Now that Christmas has passed, the twinkling lights of the holiday display at the Toledo Zoo will soon be turned off. The Lights Before Christmas display ends Monday, but there's still much fun to be had. Attractions include a giant rocking horse and Snowzilla, an ice tube slide. Guests can become a part of the scenery inside the zoo's life-sized snow globe. Ride passes are available for $5 and $8. Admission to the zoo is $12 for adults and $9 for kids ages 2 through 11 and seniors 60 and older. Children younger than 2 are admitted free. Gates are open from 3-8 p.m. Sunday and 3-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Sesame Street's Abby Cadabby and Elmo will stop by the Imagination Station for three days of preschool fun. The duo will do walk-through tours of Sesame Street Presents: The Body on display at the museum. The exhibit explores the inside and outside of the human body and teaches children how to stay healthy. Abby and Elmo will be at Imagination Station from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $9.50 for visitors age 13 and older and $7.50 for children 12 and younger. Senior admission for ages 65 and older is $8.50 and children 2 and younger are admitted free.

Hollywood Casino will host its first New Year's Eve celebration, complete with live music and entertainment. Disc jockeys will spin records at H Lounge, while disco band Disco Inferno takes the stage to ring in the new year. The New Year at Times Square will be featured on televisions across the casino floor starting at 11:45 and casino staff will hand out party favors at all entrances starting at 10 p.m., while supplies last. Admission to the casino is free.
