Using the lost or stolen driver's license, she allegedly attempted to make the withdrawal from the Huntington National Bank branch at 6655 West Central Ave at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 23.

The teller refused the withdrawal, after noting that Ms. Franklin did not match the driver's license photo.

Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Jim Rettig at 882-1250.
