Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about the whereabouts of two teenagers charged with assaulting a 14-year-old Toledo girl and taking her purse Oct. 25 while she was walking in an alley near the 500 block of Prouty Avenue.

Pricilla Torres, 15, of Havre Street and Jose Costilla, 17, of Colburn Street have been charged with delinquency in connection with felonious assault and delinquency in connection with aggravated robbery, police said. Two other youths, Juanita Kneisley, 15, and her brother, Frank Kneisley, 17, both of Prouty, have been arrested and face the same charges as the Torres and Costilla youths, police said.

Jesse Warnke of Prouty was approached about 10:30 a.m. by four teens, one of whom she had fought with a few days earlier. They attacked young Warnke with bricks and beer bottles, apparently retaliating for the earlier fight, police said.

Anyone with information about Pricilla Torres and Jose Costilla is asked to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and are eligible for a cash reward.
