Sylvania Twp. police look for flasher

6/15/2002

Sylvania Township police are looking for a man who stepped out of a wooded area last week and exposed himself to two seventh graders at Arbor Hills Junior High.

The girls were riding their bicycles in the wooded area northeast of the school, 5334 Whiteford Rd., about 5:30 p.m. June 6 when the man, wearing what was described as a skin-tight garment, possibly pantyhose, walked out from behind a tree.

He was described as being white, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall. He wore a tight black bandanna over his head. The police do not believe he followed the children, who fled.

Anyone with information about the man's identify should call the Crime Stopper program at 419-255-1111 or Sylvania Township police at 419-882-2055.
