2 Ohioans face charges over meth laboratory

HILLSDALE — Two Portsmouth, Ohio, residents are to appear in court next week on charges connecting them to the operation of a mobile methamphetamine laboratory.

Michael Locher, 24, and Jessica Ingios, 19, are charged with operating and maintaining a mobile methamphet|amine laboratory and delivery of methamphetamine. Mr. Locher faces an additional charge of possession of a nonnarcotic drug.

The Hillsdale County sheriff's office and members of a drug enforcement team apprehended the pair in Somerset Township late Sunday after getting a tip about their location and suspected activity. Authorities said they ultimately seized seven grams of meth|am|phetamine, as well as methampheta|mine-making components.

The two are in the Hillsdale County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond each pending a hearing Wednesday in District Court.
