7 arrested in drug raid inside Lima residence

LIMA, Ohio — Lima police, acting on complaints of drug deals, arrested seven people Thursday night during a narcotics raid at a home on St. Johns Avenue, authorities said yesterday.

Officers confiscated undisclosed amounts of crack cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and money from the home.

Five people in the house were arrested. Raylon Davis, 20, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, while Michael Woolfork, 19; Todd Reisner, 31; Lee Howard, 35, and Shannon Dameron, 32, were charged with visiting a disorderly house. All five are from Lima.

While police were in the house, several purported customers entered, unaware of the investigation. Tina Hall, 28, and Lonnie Rupert, 33, both of Lima, were arrested on outstanding warrants. Ms. Rupert also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The seven suspects are scheduled to appear in Lima Municipal Court next week.
