A Toledo man has been indicted for a traffic accident that killed a passenger in his car and injured the driver of another vehicle.

Caleb J. King, 25, of 1732 Winston Blvd. was indicted yesterday by a Lucas County grand jury on one count each of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault.

Raymond Heebsh, 24, also of 1732 Winston, who was a passenger in Mr. King's car, was killed in the March 4 accident on Heatherdowns Boulevard near Eastgate Road.

Police said Mr. King was eastbound on Heatherdowns when he went left of center and collided with the westbound car driven by Susan Rutkowski, who was taken to a local hospital.

Officers said Mr. King had a blood-alcohol content of 0.23, nearly three times the Ohio legal limit of 0.08 percent.
