Man exposes himself to teens in S. Toledo

A partially nude man exposed himself to two teenage girls in South Toledo in separate incidents, one during which he groped the breasts of one of the girls, Toledo police said.

In both cases, the man pulled over and asked the teens, ages 16 and 18, for directions. When they approached his car, they saw he was naked from the waist down, Sgt. George Kral said.

The first incident, involving the 16-year-old, occurred between 6:30 and 7 p.m. Monday in the 4400 block of Holly Hill Drive. The other occurred 30 to 60 minutes later near Heatherdowns Boulevard and Heatherwyck Court. In that case, the man reached up the 18-year-old's shirt and grabbed her breasts.

The man was black or biracial, 20 to 30 years old, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, with a goatee. He was driving a black Pontiac.
