Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about a motorist who exposed himself to teenage girls in South Toledo and may have committed similar acts in Holland and Napoleon.

In the Toledo incidents, the man pulled his car over to the side of the road and asked the teens, ages 16 and 18, for directions. When they approached his car, they saw he was naked from the waist down.

The first incident on May 3 involved the younger girl and occurred in the 4400 block of Holly Hill Drive. A short time later near Heatherdowns Boulevard and Heatherwyck Court, the man reached up the 18-year-old's shirt and grabbed her breasts, police said.

Investigators believe the man committed similar crimes on April 12 in Holland and once each in February, March, and April in Napoleon.

The man is described as black or biracial, 20 to 30 years old, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, with a goatee. He was driving a black Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix.

Anyone with information about the man is asked to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
