A Northwood woman was arraigned yesterday in Perrysburg Municipal Court on a felony charge related to a home burglary last week in Lake Township.

Heidi Johnson, 24, was arrested Thursday afternoon at a residence on Gasser Street in East Toledo, Lake Township police Chief Mark Hummer said. Ms. Johnson is charged with one count of aggravated burglary.

Chief Hummer said an anonymous caller informed him Thursday afternoon that Ms. Johnson was at the house on Gasser.

He contacted Toledo police, who arrested her there about an hour later.

Township police have issued an arrest warrant for a second suspect, Jason Flick, 30, of Toledo in connection with the June 28 burglary of a house on Ayers Road.

A township officer interrupted a break-in at the residence and a man and a woman ran into a nearby cornfield.

Chief Hummer said several other burglaries occurred recently in the same area of the township and resulted in the theft of guns, jewelry, and electronic devices.
