TIFFIN - A Seneca County man charged in the July, 2003, killing of an Attica, Ohio-area resident is being held on a weapons charge.

Donovan Bishop, 43, of Attica, was indicted Thursday on a charge of having a weapon under disability.

Mr. Bishop was charged with murder for the December, 2003, shooting death of Jeffrey Williams, 47, and then reindicted last month on aggravated murder and other felony charges.

When Mr. Bishop was arrested July 22 on the upgraded charges, Seneca County sheriff's detectives found a shotgun in a barn next to the defendant's home, authorities said.
