Suspects charging items at Ohio, Mich. stores

Toledo police are looking for tips on a series of purse thefts and the use of the victims' credit cards at various locations.

Detectives said two women have used the stolen cards at stores, including many large clothing and merchandise outlets in Toledo and southeast Michigan.

It appears they also used the stolen cards as far away as Taylor, Mich., and are committing the crimes together.

One woman was described as black, about 20 years old, with average height and weight, and short, straight hair that is pulled back.

The other suspect was described as white, younger - possibly in her late teens - short, and appears to have short hair.

Anyone with information about their identities or the thefts is asked to call the Crime Stopper program at 419-255-1111.
