ADRIAN- A Romulus, Mich., couple is accused by Lenawee County prosecutors of operating a chop shop in Adrian.

Roger Branham, 46, and Doreen Branham, 47, were arraigned Tuesday in the county's district court on charges of concealing the identity of a motor vehicle, intent to pass false titles, and six counts of concealing stolen property.

Adrian police uncovered six stolen vehicles in a pole barn on East Valley Road, where the Branhams allegedly were cosmetically altering the vehicles for resale. The Branhams are free on bond, police said.
