Williams County grand jury indicts 6

BRYAN, Ohio - A Williams County grand jury has issued indictments against six people, whose alleged crimes include vehicular homicide, sexual assault, domestic violence, and misusing credit cards.

●Terry L. Reeves, 47, of Hillsdale, Mich., was indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide, a second-degree felony. Mr. Reeves was the driver in a Nov. 3 car crash that occurred around 4:35 p.m. on Williams County Road 10. The car, a 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, failed to negotiate a curve, struck a ditch, and flipped over. Gretchen Ann Warriner, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Mr. Reeves was operating the car under the influence, said Todd Snyder, an investigator for the Williams County prosecutor's office. The Ohio Highway Patrol said records showed his blood alcohol level at 0.31, just under four times the legal limit of 0.08.

●Alan J. Loomis, 19, of Stryker was indicted on two counts of rape, a first-degree felony, and two counts of sexual battery, a third-degree felonies.

●Jerime N. Miler, 29, of Bryan and Terry A. Wurster, Jr., 20, of Montpelier were each indicted on unrelated single counts of domestic violence, a third-degree felony.

●Paul E. Marowelli, Jr., 38, of Bryan was indicted on five counts of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.

●Andrew D. Hershberger, 22, of Bryan was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.
