Cocaine, guns, money seized in Perrysburg raid

BOWLING GREEN Investigators said they seized eight ounces of suspected cocaine along with firearms and cash from a Perrysburg home Monday.

Wood County sheriff s deputies charged Michael Eades, 30, of Perrysburg with trafficking in cocaine.

A second man was arrested and charges were pending.

Both men were at 191 Edgewood Dr. when deputies, Perrysburg police, and agents with the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration executed a search warrant at the residence.

Deputies said they confiscated the suspected cocaine, which has a street value of about $24,000, along with several guns, two automobiles, $4,600 cash, and a scale.

A subsequent search at 28315 Simmons Rd. resulted in the seizure of a handgun, deputies said.
