Man charged with DWI has 6 similar convictions

WAUSEON - A South Toledo man accused of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in Fulton County earlier this month - after six similar convictions in northwest Ohio in the last 20 years - has been indicted on two charges of driving while intoxicated.

The indictment against Ronald R. Zeller, Jr., 43, of 3217 Dorian Court was filed yesterday in the county clerk of courts office. He was convicted of such violations in Fulton County in 1995 and 1990, in Maumee and Sylvania in 1993, in Toledo in 1990, and in Sylvania in 1985.

Also indicted yesterday were:

●Andrew M. Price, 19, of 12245 Shaffer Rd., Swanton, charged with felonious assault for attempting to cause or causing physical harm with a snow shovel on March 6.

●Billy Eugene Rogers, Jr., 43, of Delta, charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of methamphetamine on March 18.
