DALLAS - A Toledo man wanted for his role in the shooting death last month of Leandrew K. Jones in Toledo was arrested last night by U.S. Marshals Service agents here, authorities said.

Paul L. Moses, 31, of 847 Burke Glen Rd., was booked in Dallas County jail at 11:05 p.m., Central Time, deputies here said.

Jones, 24, of 1704 Parkdale Ave., was shot in the head March 27 while leaving a party in the 1300 block of Belmont Avenue.

On Thursday, Moses and another Toledo man - Reginald L. Scott, of 1709 Shenandoah Rd. - were each indicted on one count of murder and specifications that a gun was used in the crime.

Police said they believe that Scott furnished a handgun to Moses and was present when Moses allegedly used it to shoot Jones.
