Man pleads not guilty in bomb threat case

BOWLING GREEN - A Milwaukee man was charged with inducing panic after he was accused of saying he planted a bomb yesterday at an East Wooster Street restaurant.

Jonathon P. Kyle, 29, was being held in the Wood County jail after pleading not guilty in Bowling Green Municipal Court, where his case was continued until Monday.

The manager of the Big Boy Family Restaurant called police about 4:30 a.m. to report that a man told patrons he put a bomb inside. Officers arrested Mr. Kyle at the Days Inn.
