Woman shot in legs outside S. Toledo club

A woman was shot several times in the legs late Friday night in the parking lot of the Music Suite Lounge, 2218 Airport Hwy., police said.

Jennifer Betz, 33, of Toledo, was listed in serious condition yesterday at Medical University of Ohio Medical Center.

She was in the parking lot about 11:15 p.m., moments after a man appeared at the side door of the South Toledo lounge and asked to speak with another woman. Ms. Betz went inside the bar and said that the man shot her, police said.
